Omuemu, a Nigerian journalist, published author, and hereditary Palace Chief in the Kingdom of Benin, who is based in Benin City, capital of Edo State, has launched a power-packed book on; You Can Escape The Matrix: Read And Grow Rich — a 300-page body of work representing 25 years of original research into why economic system shifts consistently produce victims and victors.

The book has received formal academic review from Professor Babatunde Emmanuel Adeleke of the Department of English, University of Benin.
Following the book launch, Omuemu produced the Parallax Economic Migration Survival Manual — a distillation of the economic layer of the core text — as the practical entry point into an AI-powered ecosystem designed to manifest the book’s subtitle literally: Read and Grow Rich.

THE ORIGIN
The research began in 1999 when Omuemu, then recently unemployed after a newspaper closure, observed the global Y2K crisis and drew an unexpected conclusion.
In his words: “If computers needed to be upgraded for a new millennium, it was a coded message to man. Upgrade your mental operating system — or be rendered obsolete in the new age. That question took 25 years to answer.”

The resulting work maps a consistent pattern across economic history — that every major system shift produces those who adapt and prosper, and those who continue navigating a changed world with an outdated map.

You Can Escape The Matrix: Read And Grow Rich was recently launched in Benin City with the ceremonial endorsement of the Esama of Benin, Chief Sir Dr. Gabriel Igbinedion, as the Official Chief Launcher. The launch was attended by a representative of Dr. Godwin Ehigiamusoe, founder of LAPO Microfinance Bank, and Princess Edesili Okpebolo Anani, representing the Executive Governor of Edo State.

Omuemu, who serves as head of the Guild of Royal Drummers in the Benin Kingdom and performs ceremonial functions at the ascension of new Obas, described the book at its launch as: “My literary drum — beaten to awaken individuals to their economic sovereignty in the AI-powered digital economy.”
